FACULTY - FINANCE

The school has 8 full-time faculty and 10 adjunct faculty and is in the process of adding more to the existing strength. Faculty of the school is ranked 16th overall in terms of intellectual capital and research output in India. The School also engages eminent guest faculty from industry and other academic institutions.

Dr. S. Mallikharjuna Rao, FICWA, PhD

A fellow member of the ICWAI and PhD from Osmania University, Dr. Mallikarjuna Rao has industry and academic experience that includes Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI), Guernsey and Co. Consultants, Oklahoma, US and John Hopkins University, Baltimore, US. His research interests include Budgeting and Control, Project Cost Management, Infrastructure Financing, Strategic Financial Management and Health Care Financing.

Dr. Mary Jessica, M.Com, PhD

A teacher by choice and by plan Dr. Jessica has been in academics for around two decades. Before joining the University of Hyderabad in 2000, she was with Siva Sivani Institute of Management, Stanley Degree College for Women, constituent colleges of Osmania University. A University Topper in M.Com and a PhD in Business Management from Osmania University, she specializes in Finance. Brilliant at academics all through her career, Dr. Mary Jessica was the recipient of Shankarjee Memorial Gold Medal at her plus two level. She has presented papers in National & International Conferences. Her current areas of research interests are Interface Studies in Banking, Innovation, and Management of inclusive growth and has quite a few articles published in journals of repute. Her other areas of concern and interest are Inclusive Development , Work Life Balance, and Personal Effectiveness.
