FACULTY - THE HUMAN RESOURCES

The school has 8 full-time faculty and 10 adjunct faculty and is in the process of adding more to the existing strength. Faculty of the school is ranked 16th overall in terms of intellectual capital and research output in India. The School also engages eminent guest faculty from industry and other academic institutions.

Dr. P. Jyothi,
M.A. (Psychology), PhD

Dr. Jyothi has about two decades of teaching and consulting experience. Her areas of specialization include Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management and Entrepreneurship. She was involved in consulting and conducted several executive training programs in the HR and OB areas. She has presented papers in various National and International Conferences.

Dr. Sita Vanka,
M.A, M.Phil, PhD, PGDHRM, FDP (IIM-A)

A teacher, trainer, researcher and consultant with interests centered on OB and HRM related issues, Dr. Sita’s current assignments include entrepreneurship, Compensation & Rewards Management, Performance Management and environment related issues for the IT industry, NGOs and the Government. She has handled UGC, ICSSR, and Indo-Netherlands supported research projects in cross-functional areas, OB and Gender studies which have been published widely, she is also a resource person to many Public and Private organizations.
