FACULTY - THE HUMAN RESOURCES
The school has 8 full-time faculty and 10 adjunct faculty and is in the process of adding more to the existing strength. Faculty of the school is ranked 16th overall in terms of intellectual capital and research output in India. The School also engages eminent guest faculty from industry and other academic institutions.

Dr. P. Jyothi,

Dr. P. Jyothi has about two decades of teaching and research experience. Her areas of specialization include Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management and Entrepreneurship. She is also actively involved in consulting and conducted several executive training programs in the HR and OB areas. She has presented several papers in National and International Conferences. She has handled several national and international projects. She also associates with NGOs and is actively involved in outreach
activities.

Dr. Sita Vanka,

Dr. Sita is a teacher, trainer, researcher and consultant for over two decades in HRM and cross-functional areas of management. She has presented and published her work in national and international fora. Travelled widely, she was awarded the Silver Jubilee Alumni Research Fellowship from the IIM Ahmadabad in 2006-07 and the Indo-French Exchange Scholar Award in
2008.
